I've been asked if I have formal cooking training, and I guess that depends on what you consider training... 

 

My training was cutting vegetables with my grandmother for a nice big pot of soup. Watching her every move because I was in awe of her. Helping her with a pinch of this, or a dash of that, until it was just perfect.  Making and rolling 100's of meatballs with my other grandmother for family parties.  Baking 100's of cookies of at least 12 different varieties each Christmas with my Mom. Baking 10-12 lasagnas to feed the masses of family and friends at our table was once a regular.

 

My training didn't come from a book with a diploma. My training came from the kitchens of women who shared tips and tricks with me, passed down from many women before them. I hope that my food brings you back to family time, and helps you stay on track or reach your personal and low-carb goals.

My husband and I always dreamed of opening a place where everyone can come and get a delicious, affordable and homemade entree that easily fits into their low-carb journey or just simplifies life, so Low Carb Kitchen was born.

​

No more expensive meal delivery services or meal prepping for hours at home. We will gladly do the planning and cooking for you, as we have been doing for our hundreds of amazing customers over the last few years.

​

Here at Low Carb Kitchen, we aim to keep each entree at or below 10 net carbs.  But we're not going to skimp on great taste to get there, so we make sure that all our items are both satisfying and flavorful. We believe that when you don't feel restricted and stressed about cooking all the time it is easier to stay on track with your diet and reach your goal.​
