Calling all Low-Carb, Keto or Meal Prepping friends!

All of our items are made to easily fit into a low-carb diet with low-carbs, moderate-fat and moderate protein.  We aren't specifically a "keto" company, but keto-followers find that most of our items easily fit into their diet.  We report all our entree macros on our weekly menus and report on "net carbs," which is the total of carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols.

 

And who doesn't like a sweet treat? Our baked goods are made with almond and or coconut flours and sugar replacements to keep them delicious but also low-carb.

Not really a dieter, just want great food without the cooking?  Then we've got you covered, because you don't have to be on a diet to love our food.  Our weekly menu works perfect for those who want to meal prep for simplicity and to save time.  We package all our items in convenient, recyclable and microwave-friendly containers to make your life easier.  We also offer a small selection of items to grab and go, should you wish to add anything to your online order during your pick-up or just want to drop by to pick up a few things.

 

Have an allergy or intolerance? Our food is prepared on equipment shared with wheat, nuts & other allergens, and we unfortunately are unable to offer ingredient substitutions.  However, if you have any questions about the ingredients of a certain item, just reach out and we'd be happy to help you decide if its right for you.
